I've sent a message to the link above.
This is now becoming even more ridiculous: I got the money back from the Direct Debit Guarantee, but also from Vodafone (yes, finally, 3 months later!!!!). So I owe it back to Vodafone who are telling me I don't owe them anything.
... If only they had been competent in the first place.0 -
