Thanks in advance for your patience !!

I'm on TMobile and coming to the end of my contract. They have offered me 900 minutes or 1800 texts (or combined) for £25 per month, reduced from £35 on an 18 month contract. They aren't offering me a phone, do I keep shopping around? I think I've been looking at deals too long as they've all merged into one now, help!

pathetic does even begin to describe it......

T-Mob: like squeesing blood out of a stone! Stingy SOB's! Just like Voda.

Other networks may no offer brilliant retention deals but damn they do good cashback deals at least.

T-mob gives least commision to retailers hence no cashback deals!

That sounds like their standard £10 a month off for 18 months or get a crap phone offer they send out by post. If you renew now you'll also get free calls at the weekend and evenings (only on the Flext £35 plan or above).

    "Free evening and weekend calls

To get your 10,000 minutes of free evening and weekend calls a month, take out a new connection to Flext 35, Flext 35 plus web'n'walk, Flext 50, Flext 50 plus web'n'walk, Flext 75 or Flext 75 plus web'n'walk in a T-Mobile store, by calling the T-Mobile telesales number or by purchasing via www.t-mobile.co.uk or renew onto one of those price plans instore or via My T-Mobile before 31 August 2007.
We will check to see whether you are eligible for the offer when you ask to renew or upgrade with us.
A 12 or 18 month minimum term contract and credit check applies."

Phone them up, press through to disconnections, and ask for PAC - they will give in. Be ready to negotiate and tell them exactly what you want - I reckon if you've had a reasonable spend you could get a mid-range phone out of them (e.g. W800) in addition to the £10/month off and free calls.

By the way the retention deals are based on the last one year's spend, so you could renew onto something lower (e.g. Flext 20 with £10 off), it doesn't matter.
