Vodafone sim only contract

Hi could anybody please tell why my sim only contract has increased from £10.50 to £15.50 with no warning? Thanks

How old is the contract?
What do your bill and online account say?
Any discount that could have expired?
Why not ask Vodafone in the first place?

grumbler you really live up to your name keyboard warriors really get on my nerves, and that's putting it politely. I have already spent an hour on the phone to Vodafone this morning to the most unhelpful customer services ever, I thought somebody might be able to help, if you can't why reply?

I don't want you suffocate while waiting for a right guess and holding your breath. And how would you know that it's right?

If you really need help, at least post as much information as possibly, including what their "unhelpful customer services" told you, not just vague "from £10.50 to £15.50".

You can hope that Vodafone web rep picks up your thread sooner or later. Or you can contact them proactively like they advise in many threads, e.g. Vodafone complaints

Actually, grumbler is far from a keyboard warrior he/she posts very useful & helpful info on here, but then you being a new user would not be aware of that.

12 month £15.50 contract with a 6 month discount to £10.50.

You have gone exactly £5 over your allowance?

When you sort that out can you advise me on whether my item can be repaired and how much its likely to cost to get it sorted. Can it be sorted quickly?
