Cannot call them since Friday - the line is always busy. Anyone has the same/other experience or any information?

Called them many times before without any problems.

just phoned them on 01270 504400 it took about 20 seconds to connect, then i was number 9 in the queue - took 9 minutes to get answered, not too bad and they actually tell you your queue number every 30 seconds or so.
  • I agree. Took me ages and numerous calls before I joined a queue in "10th position"
Could this be to do with their joining Carphone Warehouse recently?

It also hacks me off that as well as recommending someone I then have to call after 28days to get the recommend a friend money ball rolling- even then its take 3 calls so far and no cash forthcoming!!
You know what... you can't beat a good bargain!!!

OSPS have had an engaged tone on CS for many days now. As for referral money I kept calling them and they kept promising I would get it soon. So the next time I called I told them that I would be asking Trading Standards for some help in getting my referral money...and guess what? A few days later I got my money. Threaten them with TS and your money will be paid!

Did you get money? Now they offer vouchers. When I recommended a friend they promised money, but finally they sent me only vouchers, widely accepted though. And again only after half dosen of calls.

yes got it from there. OSPS also signed me up to the 3 months free insurance although i didn't choose it. Anyway i got the citymain number of saynoto0870.com and citymain said there was no insurance policy for the phone, i guess OSPS got their wires crossed somewhere, i'll still keep a check out for it appearing on my bank statement though.

ring up your bank in the near future and check if any direct debits have been set up, and cancel them in advance if you wish; one insurance, one tech support

there's a OSPS sales number on 01270 as well, if you don't have free 0800 on your mobile
