You probably don't want to hear this but you are not supposed to have somebody else's debit card as this is in breach of the T&Cs pertaining to that debit card. Did you use the card? Did you have and use the PIN?
receipts aren't issued on a "tend to get them" basis. You can always get a receipt for any transaction at any bank counter.
have you lost/discarded the letter?
I don't use her card, she was at work and didn't take it with her, so when the cheque came in the post, I just thought it would be easier to just take the card, you don't need to know anything private about someone's account to pay anything in, I doubt they would care.
Yes I know you can get a receipt, should have asked for one. And no we still have the letter and stuff that the cheque cane with0
