Ship Carrier Amazon Logistics
Tracking Number: Q601508230
Status: Delivered
Location: Left with neighbor
Delivered to: Mr shelby
Door Number: 50
reply:
please ask amazon logistics to collect the goods from Mr Shelby at No 50 and to deliver to the address on the invoice.0 -
Amazon Logistics are terrible - this week we have had 2 parcels delivered by them, both times we set up a 'safe place' to leave the parcel if nobody was in and both times the just ignored this and shoved the parcels down the side of the wheelie bin! The tracking stated 'handed to resident' which it clearly wasn't and they never leave a card to tell you they've been!xxx Nikki xxx0

they do not carry cards and biro's , they have a transit van , a satnav a PDA and a yellow jacket0

They have cards in Leicester - that's how I know my package was 'delivered' to the nonexistent Mr Shelby at number 50.0

Nope. It's got to the point where I'm contacting the police, trading standards and my solicitor. I've also emailed Watchdog. I've emailed Jeff Bezos too, and replied to customer services' latest email asking one final time for their help, and saying that if I don't get the item redelivered I'll be making an S75 claim.
I assume they think I'm trying to con them, as they refuse to give me any proof of delivery other than the tracking info and continue to say they won't be doing anything else.
I don't know how to prove to them I'm not trying to con them as they won't talk to me in human terms.0 -
but you have PROOF in the form of a note from amazon , saying that it was delivered elseware , and not to the address on the label , its upto them to get it back , you have tried and there is no such person , you paid for the goods and the delivery , they have failed to deliver and lost your goods
s75 claim , complete with the note from amazon and a police ref No0 -
Yeah. When they reply to this final email with no more help, that's what I'll be doing. Also contacting trading standards, watchdog and a few other news websites (not that I expect them to be interested, but it's worth a try).0

Don't waste your time with any of them.
If the S75 claim fails just submit a Letter before action to Amazon with a deadline and follow through with a money claim.0 -
Got a refund!
Turns out that even though we established through a week of back and forth emailing that we had completely different versions of what happened, (them saying they're certain the package was delivered to me and me desperately trying to get them to understand it hadn't been delivered to me or the address they said) and even though they were adamant that there was no further investigations they could possibly take; after I emailed one last time saying I'd be contacting the police, trading standards and my credit card company, Amazon were suddenly able to look into it some more and discovered that the order had been lost somehow at the point of delivery.0
