- random internet forums don't replace simple bank T&Cs
- reading back over existing forum posts is not prohibited

No, but it's lazy for people not to look for previous threads before posting, and it's very annoying for regulars to see the same questions crop up time after time.
This question about the TSB Classic Plus interest (as well as the question about the Halifax £5 reward) has been asked every month since they launched the account and it will no doubt be asked again every month for the rest of time, or at least until the account is discontinued, because people can't be bothered to look for previous replies.0
