Hi, I know its been done to death but we are looking for a sunny holiday in or near a cultural hotspot and a lack of brits abroad yobo types.
Basically we want a family holiday for 6 for less than £300pp this month, we are packed and ready to go and have already looked at dozens of options but cant quite find the killer deal that I know is out there.
We have 4 girls from 8-17 so looking for a final family fling before the eldest goes off to university and life itself:T
Any ideas?

What have you found so far?0

That bit of France with not many UK flights might do, just rent a gite, look at the links from the local tourist office website.
If you want a killer deal that you think may exist, search wide and far, you'll probably find it before we do.
Look at later this month when demand is slightly lower.Posts are not advice and must not be relied upon.0 -
That'll be most of Europe away from the package holiday resorts, certainly far, far too many wonderful places to suggest without at least some indication of what you have already rejected and a rough idea of NSEW.Accept your past without regret, handle your present with confidence and face your future without fear0

Does anyone else secretly hope that the OP finds what they think is the perfect place only to turn up and find the Bullingdon Club next door on a Hooray Henrys overseas trip?0

Croatia. No question about it.
British chavs don't know anything about Croatia, because they speak funny there and they don't sell vodka. From Poland...with love.
They are (they're) sitting on the floor.
Their books are lying on the floor.
The books are sitting just there on the floor.0 -

Why don't they sell vodka there?0 -
There are British tourists in Croatia and lots of Germans and Italians who can be just as bad abroad as the Brits at times. Up by Porec / Umag / Rovinj is pretty though and prices aren't too bad. further south, Cavtat area (booked for later in year - family of 3, 4 star hotel half board with transfers for under £900). Also a regional flight which are always more expensive anyway.0

Not really. There are some there, but the Croatian coastline is huge and with a little bit of research, you can avoid chavs. The poster above that mentions Cavtat is one such example, although you really are spoiled for choice there.
Germans can be easily avoided (they tend to stick to predictable places) and Italians don't really venture that far south. Generally speaking, as long as you avoid Makarska, it's fine. From Poland...with love.
