Merging MP3 music files??

Thank you for this information googler, it look as if it would {along with your help} be just the thing I need to get.
I guess that as I am not up with much of these modern devices {I still have 78 rpm records and a player to play them as well} and people like yourself are IMO more than helpful directing people like myself in the right direction when advise is needed. Thanks again :0)

I still have all of my Dad's 78s, one of these days I'm going to have a massive listening session with them. That's on top of all my LPs, cassettes, reel-to-reel tapes, and other legacy formats.

Doesn't stop me mastering mp3, WAV, and FLAC, though.....
