Does noddle ask 3 or 4 questions about different accounts on your credit file to verify you still?
If you have no credit there will be no info for them to draw their verification from.

From memory they asked verification questions such as:
What company did you take a loan/credit card with in **month, year**

If there is no credit records they can not verify you.

Good Afternoon All,

I've turned to this website as I'm starting to get fustrated with online credit reference agencies.

All I'm trying to do is sign up to a website that will give me a credit score to find out why I can't get credit.

I've tired Noodle / Experian/ call credit. Everyone I have checked can't seem to identify me, i have entered all my details into the sites including mg bank details but I keep getting the same response.

"SORRY WE CAN'T IDENTIFY YOUR DETAILS"

All my details have stayed the same for the last 26 years same bank account and same address. My bank is registered there so is my car and insurance.

Can someone please shed some light on why I can't be found, it's really starting to get to me now.

I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing difficulties when trying to register/get identified with Experian.

I really want to help, as you've mentioned you have spoken with Noddle already, if you wanted to speak to my colleagues over the telephone their contact details and how to reach them can be found here

Alternatively if you wanted to email me your details (full name / date of birth / full address including postal code) I'll gladly help investigate and establish the reason why this has happened and look at resolving the issue for you

Regards
