I wonder if he will go inside until the money comes??? Technically he could, but I do seriously doubt it!0

Congratulations ******(kelloggs daughter)!!!!!!!!kelloggs36 wrote: »Update: just questioned the CSA again and I have received a surprised reply that he has signed and returned the mortgage offer and it is now up to the mortgage company to pay up - there is nothing more that my ex can do. Oh, my God, it is nearly at an end!!!
With regards your question Aussiesbird, my daughter couldn't care less if her father went to prison, after all he has had ample chance to prevent all of this happening. Of course I don't WANT him to, I'm not that vindictive, but if he goes then I won't lose any sleep over it - I just want my money, nothing more nothing less.
Today I texted him to say:
I don't suppose you care but xxxxxx (your daughter) passed her A levels today and has had confirmation of her acceptance into university.
Guess what?.........
That's right - no reply. What an utter WAN**R!!!
I've got everything crossed for you Kelloggs
I sincerely hope you get the money very soon, then you and our daughter can get on with your lives without that t****r!!!
Does your daughter have any contact with your ex or has he deprived her of love as well as finances? Even if he hasn't had contact with her I am sure you have provided enough love, care and support for both of you and some. I wish you both all the best. xx ((hugs))I can only please one person per day.Today is not your day.Tomorrow doesn't look too good either.0 -
Fab news, I hope this makes your daughter's time at University at little easier, good news on her being accepted too !
I am glad that your persistance has paid off as I see plenty of people who just right off their arrears as they think they will never get collected. You are a credit to your daughter.

Excellent news Kelloggs, I'm sure we all look forward to an online  with you to celebrate. It is just a pity it has taken so long, but well done for your persistance and fortitude! :T0

Well done Kellogs, sounds like you deserve it. Just out of interest how long has it taken to get this far. I'm currently going through the enforecement process, got a liability order on his property and they have just started committal proceedings. Am I in for a long wait?
Once again, very well done0
