Roll up, roll up.....place your bets!!!
My ex is due in Court tomorrow! The last hearing he was told categorically that if the money isn't paid by then then in the clinger he goes. Now, on Monday I spoke to the CSA who said that they were still awaiting confirmation of the mortgage offer from him so it is looking extremely UNLIKELY that the money will be paid at all by tomorrow.
Bets on for what happens next?
1. Goes to prison
2. Produces mortgage offer and an adjournement for the money to be paid
3. Money is paid
Anyone like to offer any odds?

Hmm I reckon Number 2 myself, as that is very fitting for your ex as he sounds like a right s***! I really do hope you get a good result tomorrow, but i do think it will get put back again, when will you know what has happened?0

You should have posted this as a poll!
My guess is number 2 ~ but hope it's number 3

I reckon no.2 as well. I really feel for you Kelloggs, you have been so patient and you deserve to get whats owed plus more for all the c**p you have had to put up with. How would you feel if your ex did get put inside though and how would your kids react to it? I know he is a b*****d but he is the father of your kids.
Please don't think in any way that I am questioning your morals or anything, as far as I am concerned he should go to prison for all the heartache he has caused, but I am just curious as to what exactly you and your kids are feeling as this goes on and it looks more likely a prison sentence will be given.I can only please one person per day.Today is not your day.Tomorrow doesn't look too good either.0 -
Number 2 without a doubt!!!!!!:mad:0

Update: just questioned the CSA again and I have received a surprised reply that he has signed and returned the mortgage offer and it is now up to the mortgage company to pay up - there is nothing more that my ex can do. Oh, my God, it is nearly at an end!!!
With regards your question Aussiesbird, my daughter couldn't care less if her father went to prison, after all he has had ample chance to prevent all of this happening. Of course I don't WANT him to, I'm not that vindictive, but if he goes then I won't lose any sleep over it - I just want my money, nothing more nothing less.
Today I texted him to say:
I don't suppose you care but xxxxxx (your daughter) passed her A levels today and has had confirmation of her acceptance into university.
Guess what?.........
That's right - no reply. What an utter WAN**R!!!0
