Strange pop-up from trusteer rapport doing online banking?

Hi folks, I bank with one of the banks in RBS group and use Trusteer Rapport as recommended by them. I always have a separate windows installation for that bit extra security that I use for online banking only, no browsing. Today when I went to login to the RBS bank as usual Rapport was activated at top of ie11 turns…

Maybe he had starery eyes as to distract from his weird ears (see left ear), needs autocue reading lessons as well.
