Hi - I am considering switching to TalkTalk from BT, but first want to know if they have sorted out there service issues as reported on Watchdog some time ago.
The savings are huge, but I don't want to regret the switch in a months time.
Your feedback on switching over and how easy it is and installation and after sales would be great.
