Hello, In June 2014 we were delayed 4.5 hours from Menorca to Bristol due to a fire in the Bristol terminal. I have tried and tried to claim compensation but Thomas Cook deny all claims due to exceptional circumstances beyond their control. Has anyone else had any success or any advise to pursue this please?
