Bank Details for Virgin Mobile
Hi All
Does anyone pay their Virgin Mobile bill via internet banking? I want to so I have ultimate control as to when they get paid but I cannot find their bank details to initiate the transfer.
Any help and advice?

Don't worry it'll all work out in the end

I pay mobile by direct debit, each month. Be careful as a missed payment on mobile can mean service stopped. My broadband I pay online via debit card. Sign in to Virgin and when you're logged on look for the pay bill option. Because it isn't by DD there's a bit of an extra, about £5 I think.0

Any help and advice?...details, ...can be found on the back of your bill0 -
Is it really worth the extra fiver a month?
You owe the money anyway, so what's wrong with DD? Surely you're on this site to save money, not waste it unnecessarily?0 -
I was with Virgin mobile up until a few months ago and there is no banking details for paying by standing order or internet banking.
VIRGIN MEDIA and VIRGIN MOBILE are two entirely separate banking arrangements and if you try and pay using virgin medias banking details you will find out your account number is to short for it to be accepted.
In the unlikely event you can get the payment thru it will be returned in a week or so. I have done this in the past to see if i could load up more funds on the account so that when i was abroad the money was on the account instead of getting suspended as they love to do when your out of the uk and using a lot of data running up your bill (i still had a dd in place but have found out 6 times over 2 years that they suspend you if your bill went above 100 pounds when aboard even after i told them i was going)
I was told the only way to pay was tel them and add funds that way via visa mastercard ect or direct debit or the website which was a nightmare to use at the time. (they have got a bit better now i believe)0 -
I would rather pay the £5 (which is for virgin media and not virgin mobile) than get charged £15 by my bank if my direct debit bounces which has happened in the past, I do have the direct debit set up but I was hoping to also set up a standing order to go out before the direct debit for the majority of the payment.Don't worry it'll all work out in the end

ring them up and ask them to change the payment day to after your pay day.0

If you had another £60pa in your account each year then your DD is less likely to bounce...how many accounts do you have where you are paying an extra fiver per month because of your refusal to use DD?
I doubt they'll accept an SO, because it will not cover the entire payment. No free lunch, and no free laptop0
