rented car PCN sent to old address

Hi All,

I've been notified about a Dart PCN that happened on 21/3/2015. I knew about it when the rental company charged my card an admin fee on 29/07/2015. I've changed my address on 28/3/2015, hence never received any letters about this. kindly what is the best course of action ?

    Best course of action was to pay your DART charge. You didn't, it appears, and the charge would have been reclaimed from the car hire company.

    When you hired the car, then there would have been t&c relating to such charges, the hire company's actions and any admin fee.

    Seems to me that you have been properly billed - in the absence of seeing the hire agreement, of course.
