Another John Lewis happy customer here . We've had one of their sprung mattresses for a good 3 years now and it's still really comfortable and holding its shape perfectly. No memory foam as it sounds way too warm for me.
  • We have a pocket sprung mattress with 2800 springs and latex topper - it's been very comfy from day 1. In my opinion, if you're not comfortable now, it's unlikely to get better and I'd recommend sending your new mattress back and getting another one. I'd also say that £330 isn't a huge amount to spend on a mattress; you get what you pay for and it would be worth spending at two or three times that if you can stretch to it.
