    have been with PN since way back, transferred form madasafish.

    In the day they were a small concern that gave great service. They used to have a rep on this forum that used to sort out loads of issues.

    Since they went 'big time', adverts on TV etc I think the service levels have definitely deteriorated, ages to get through to knowledgeable people and so on.

    That is not to say they are no better or worse than the other players, its just the personal edge has gone in favour of a corporate business now.
