    If this is a real court case loss then you'll have a CCJ registered against you. A credit check will make this clear.

    Apart from the pie muncher, I don't think I have heard of a PPC enforcing a CCJ?

    no , they are used by the likes of PE to harass people , when someone later applies for credit , PE will gladly mark it as "satisfied" , if you pay them the full sum
