Oh my days, Bob, what a day! And can't you just rely on technology to implode at exactly the wrong moment? Feet up for you tonight Missis! On the plus side, great to have a good day's takings......& while we're on positive things, look at that debt total starting with a cheeky little '3' now, instead of a fearsome '4'. Great stuff........& your emergency fund appears to be back too? (unless I'm seeing things, as I've got the wrong specs on). Hope you have some more good days for takings over the holidays, but not as mad as today.

Thanks very much guys. Just had a lovely bowl of home made tomato soup & have made a chicken salad sandwich to go with it. My idea is to clear through all the leftovers before Saturday then can get some nice new stuff in for their return.
Ally - Did you have any luck getting any sort of discount in the end after they messed up your appointment?
Foxgloves - thank you yes it went just under yesterday. And yes emergency fund is now done, hope I can keep it this time!
Dawn - I've been asked before about having a machine in the shop one of those that charges for withdrawals. But if anything is an advert for getting robbed that has to be it I'd say.
Hannah - so glad your Dad could fix the leak. He sounds a real diamond.
It could be worse - well done on your list!
FVD - I am glad things are getting there with your son. I don't blame you for changing your password though!" Your vibe attracts your tribe":D

Hi everyone,
Hugs to those having a rough time at the minute http://static.moneysavingexpert.com/images/forum_smilies/angel-smiley-002.gif
Busy day at work for me today so I'm shattered.
It wasn't a NSD as I very naughtily bought a beautiful dress in the sale from my favourite clothes website. It's silk and was reduced from £70 to £21. I checked it's machine washable so can get full wear out of it! I won't be buying any other clothes for the foreseeable though.

That day sounds frantic, Bob, but you must make time to eat yourself a bit earlier than 6pm *wags finger*
Hopefully the yummy mummies (to be) will all become regulars for the duration of their pregnancies and beyond. I know my local cafe (then in Croydon) was a Godsend when DS was a baby. They were a big Italian family and I would wheel him down and the women would take turns rocking him while I ateMake £25 a day in April £0/£750 (March £584, February £602, January £883.66)
