mods or guides?

first of all this is not a criticism of the work board guides do,more about what they aren't allowed to do

we have seen recently more and more people ppr'd and more threads closed down

a moderator could be more proactive,would see more of whats going on/wrong and nip it in the bud

i'm sure people would be happy to volunteer as mods(they do on many forums)

so guides or mods?

    Sadly they failed their DPS as have been PPR'd for using a vowel next to a constanat in 2009.

    Perhaps they should enter politics.

    All the same we need to let them know if they are abusing their powers. As with most people given power it goes to the head.
