No. The price looks about right considering not a single house has sold for near 300k, the best ever on that road previously was 225k0

As booksurr said, way too far SE of town to be a student let. The market for people working at the Mini plant isn't as buoyant as you'd think. I think they've overpaid, so wish them my luck, they'll need it.0
