I would think it makes you insolvent but that's not this thread. You need to look at whatever option suits you best but interest rates are due to rise and it may be bumpy.Tomorrow is the most important thing in life0 -

It's all relative depending on the person. For me a trip to Sweden would be a luxury. But I work full time so the closest I will get to Sweden is the IKEA in Croydon. For someone who works 12 hours a week topped off with taxpayer funded subsidies a trip to Sweden would be deemed a necessity.
