Mobile by Sainsbury's: log-in problems?

Anyone else having problems logging in to Mobile by Sainsbury's today?

I *know* my password is correct, but it won't accept it.

...but it will not send me an email to set a new password either :mad:

Is it just me or is there a website issue?

    Must be a bigger problem - the phone number they give after five failed attempts to log-in is 0844 412 090 which "has not been recognised".

    ...and by now, all the "human" helpline numbers are closed.

    Just as well I'm not in a hurry to top-up!

    That number, as quoted, hasn't got enough digits to be a valid number.

    There's bigger problems. I suspect they haven't complied with the Ofcom requirement to declare the applicable Service Charge and, depending on exactly what that number is for, it's probably also a breach of Regulation 41 of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

    3 different accounts here & just logged-in to all of them okay.
    That said, I have ALWAYS found their website to be "flakey", sometimes not letting me top up or change details; it USUALLY settles after a couple of days.
    Plus I have found Customer Services to be first rate.
