PE may very well say "administrative slip - here is your new date" and give you more time. You would have been in a much stronger position if you had waited and got an out of time rejection.
However, maybe BPA might get it cancelled in any event, so good luck.0 -

Just an update. The kind man at BPA contacted Parking Eye today. They told him that this was a reminder letter.
Unfortunately, this was the first and only letter my friend had received so now we have to wait and see if they accept the appeal.0 -

One thing for sure, Dont Pay! PE :money:PPCs say its carpark management, BPA say its raising standards..... we all know its just about raking in the revenue. :eek:0
