Sorry should of continued. If PDLs are this much bad news should there not be warnings. Wonder how many folk have cattletrucked themself? And if a PDL can stop you getting a mortgage the same as a CCJ then surely this needs advertised.. for the younger generation0

Pay day loans 3 years ago will not be a deal breaker for halifax cheer tree... real this thread from May, poster had something like 15 PDL from 12 months previous and passed underwriters.... then relax & hope for best
