Best Foreign Exchange For Online Transfers

I'm moving from UK to Australia this week and I'm looking for the best option to transfer money. I have an Australian bank account already set up so looking to transfer from money from my GBP account to my AUD account.

The total transfer is about £3000-4000.

Can anyone recommend a site for this? My Australian bank account is with ANZ who recommended TorFX.
