    It was listed as 2 bed, not including the third 'attic room'.

    I think the price is fair for other properties I've seen in the area, they're all about the same price point.

    Builder booked in next week, see what they quote!

    I think perhaps they've put 'attic room' because it cannot be classified as a bedroom.

    A bedroom eventually, so it needs sorting
