you have not received an NTK yet , but you are alleging that it wont meet POFA 2012, leaving the way open in the future

you are overthinking this , so assume I was driving and handed you the windscreen tickets (Notice To Driver)

you are appealing as keeper, in effect to the NTK they have not sent out yet (because they cant)

you wont learn it all in one day, I have been learning this for over 2 years and dont fully understand it yet either

the point , in simple terms, is you came here for free advice and got the best advice there is , especially in that sticky thread, so you either accept that those giving the advice know more than you do, or you go about it your own way and make the mistakes you have not yet learned to avoid

when I go on holiday I dont expect to know how the pilot flies the plane, or how the engines or navigation work , often there is no "need to know"

the info is here to explain matters , written by amateurs giving their time freely , but we can only advise you, we are not here to educate you or mentor you into becoming an expert , but in time you probably will be as these companies infest shops, hospitals, supermarkets , retail parks , airports , train stations , tram stations, so much so that you will receive more in the future, because they are setting traps for the unwary or ill-informed

too many people are in such a rush to complain or appeal or explain themselves they give too much away, they think they can just ring up and sort it all out on the phone , there is more to it than that, so maybe you need to watch the youtube video recently linked from here by bargepole, or watch dont get done get dom, or watchdog , or ripoff britain this week where people were INVOICED for staying too long at a burger chain outlet

in the meantime, just follow the tried and tested path , appealing as keeper after day 21 , or wait for the NTK`s to arrive between days 29 and 56 and then appeal them, which is what we used to advise (seeing as you have not got them yet)

the detriment is that you lose POFA 2012 if you appeal as driver to the driver notices, effectvely its entrapment for the unwary

you are not appealing as driver, so you dont do so in the "driver appeal period"

so stop rushing , settle down and try to get up to speed first, even if it takes 21 days
