Evening. It's still doing a monsoon outside, so the garden will need a machete by next week.
MMM hope you get some good news on DH, I know what it's like trying to juggle the house, the work, the travel (tho mine wasn't far) and keeping cheerful for the visits.
Work still coming thick and fast which I suppose is good; hadn't really wanted much in August.
Tomorrow bathrooms definitely a good idea
Study - well, I need to get one report finished tomorrow and another well on the way, so I'll be in the study but unlikely to make it tidier.
More fruit to pick.
A million weeds to pull out.
Will join FBO on the exercise; my mum is on the verge of booking us a holiday so yet again I need to try and fit some clothes.
Sticks for all BDs this week and happy, healthy vibes for everyone.Remember...a layer of dust protects the wood beneath it.0 -
Evening all :hello:
I'm in again this week and thank you for the lists this week Bossy and Natty for last week's.
Not done much over the weekend as it was DH's birthday today and we went out for a lovely meal and a few glasses last night, so both up late today.
If it's gone I've done it or don't have one
Mighty Monday: Bathroom and Study / PC area
Sinks! And taps and grotty plugholes
Toilets! Don’t forget the outside!
Clear that cluttered windowsill or shelf
Straighten up your desk and wipe over
Switch off the kit and wipe over the keyboard with an antibac wipe or similar
Back to bathroom, clean the bath / shower
Mop floors
Put fresh towels out
Wipe down some tiles
Check your calendar for August - it's nearly here!
Hugs, sticks and spoons for anybody needing some
Hope you all have a magnificent Monday

Morning all
Started the day with a frog, removing it from the kitchen floor and back to the pond. Removed a fat slug from one of my dahlias whilst out there. Still pouring with rain here and yes Narco I can see it growing.
Mogs fed. going to do HHI next.
Paid stuff for me this morning, DS3 booked into 'teen gym' so will take him with me and then DS2 is going to pick him up and bring him home and then take him to the cinema.
Honey hoe dog grooming goes ok.
MMM please don't over do it, DH will not mind coming home to a slightly dishelved house I'm sure.
Frizzle hope the dizzy, sicky thing has passed. The birds of sadness may fly overhead but don't let them nest in your hair0 -
Morning all
FBO, you are on a roll!
Lynne, glad you and your DH enjoyed your meal out.
Narc0, I always found it difficult to turn down work when I was self-employed - fear of the work not coming in at all, I guess.
Dizzy, what can I say except  We're travelling for 3 hours each way by train today to have lunch with friends, but for us it's pleasure.
Fingers crossed for Kelpie, HB.
GWS Frizzle.
Thank you Bossy for the new list and Natty for last week's. I shall be around, but pottering on in my own way. Might manage to S&S the bathroom after we've each showered this morning, before we go out, but my desk is never-ending WiP
I did end up with more migraine yesterday and had to sleep for part of the afternoon, but fortunately it died down while DS1 and family were here for tea, only to return later. I took some more tablets and went to bed early, then woke up this morning at 3.45 and couldn't get back to sleep, so I've been working since 4.30. Now on my second cuppa of the day! I need to do a bit more printing out and cutting up of card so that I can do some crafty bits on the train - I prefer the old carriages with tablesI might get forty winks at some point too
This evening is the Old Wives' Safari Supper. We used to go round to various members' houses for a different course at each, but now we just each bring a contribution and stay put in one place for the evening :rotfl:
If I don't see you again today, I hope it's a good 'un. (((Hugs))), spoons and sticks all round, as needed x0 -

Off we go again. I'm to work this morning n kids to holiday club. Then this afternoon is packing for them to go to Devon for a week to stay with my mum.
Am out to dinner tonight with work friends.
2 loads on line and one twirling. I'm an optimistic person lol. Will try to do some tickling in the bathroom later.
My yarn finally arrived so am cracking on with dd1s cardi. Our box sets at the moment are the walking dead so am enjoying that whilst click clacking away.
Hope it dries up for everyone today. Much love

Morning everyone
Thank you for last week's thread Natty, and for this week's Bossy.
I am in as much as I can as DH is off all week - nearly forgot and was up first at 6 as usual then had to get back into bed!
Have re-sorted my bookcases and found two empty shelves upon which I have put all my paperwork files ready for sorting further.
As it's raining here again it may be a productive day. Bathroom needs a S and S but that's it.
Hugs sticks and spoons where needed. Catch up tomorrow.xJuly 16 £95/£200
