Moving house and no water meter

Hi we are planning to move house soon and we are trying to work out how much more we are going to be paying.
We currently live in a 2 bed house with a water meter which works out pretty cheap for us.
The house we will be moving to is a 3 bed house with no meter.
Do you know how i find out how much the rates are going to be? Or even who i phone up?
Also if we wanted a meter put in could we request it? Or doesnt it work like that?
The house is housing association if that makes a difference.

If you ring the local water company for that area, they can tell you if the new house has a meter or not. If no meter, the water rates are fixed per year like the rates and they can tell you the yealry cost. They can also advise about putting a water meter in.You're not your * could have not of * Debt not dept *0

thats over 10 months with two months paying nothing but im sure you can pay over the full 12 to make it a bit less if you prefer.0 -
