Win Zip Driver Updater looks like malware to me. Get rid of it. It's not Winzip, which can extract Zip files. Also, Windows can extract Zip files without Winzip since, what, WinXP?
You've probably got other gunk on your computer too. Have a look at some of the guides for free tools to get rid.
Just had to get rid of this, amongst other rubbish, on someone else's computer.0
