    If npower is your supplier then they are contractually responsible to you. Make sure your complaint also covers npower's failure to answer your previous enquiries. You should not need to ask on a forum to get answers to questions that npower are best able to answer.

    They just called again, turns out the first guy couldn't do it because he didn't have ladders and it's now fixed, thanks for all the help.

    what ever they offer you, offer half of it and they will take it as they cant prove
    Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.
