The question should be , The tenant died because he couldn't afford to pay for new locks from forced entry by the emergency services.
How do I get the stains of a dead body out of the carpet and can I take it from the deceased deposit as well as costs of porters removing the body to the morgue?"It is prudent when shopping for something important, not to limit yourself to Pound land/Estate Agents"

While in residence the obligation to pay rent continues, I don't see why you expect a landlord to remove a tenant in such circumstances;)I'm a Forum Ambassador on the housing, mortgages & student money saving boards. You wouldn't know the tenant's health status unless you planned to breach the tenant's right to "quiet enjoyment" by inspecting without consent and notice.I'm a Forum Ambassador on the housing, mortgages & student money saving boards.
