So annoyed with this company. I belonged to them for a few years and had points which I hadn't cashed in. I didn't hear from them for ages and after seeing this thread I thought I'd log in and check my points. It didn't recognise my address! So I've had to start from the beginning again and lost all my points, I'm not happy, that's disgusting.
And weirdly, it'll only let me fill in half of my profile.Money, money, money, must be funny, in the rich man's World!1 -
they sent an email saying they were rebranding and we had to sign up to keep our points and transfer them to the new account.
