I follow a group on facebook called Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK and they put up glitches or stacking codes as they find them - the amazon one had a 15% off code and a £10 off a £40 spend which worked together. It's worth a follow if you have facebook. Most of the time the things they post don't have any relevance for me, but sometimes they just post an unmissable bargain!

Yes, I'm in that group as well, but like yourself, I rarely see anything useful for myself. Some of the photos the past few days of what people have been buying in the sales have been mind-boggling!

I was feeling very sorry for myself last week but I managed to have most of my Christmas dinner without too many adjustments and my bloods were fine afterwards so I felt better at that point, greedy woman that I am, obsessed with roast dinners :rotfl: xx

Nothing wrong with roast dinners - I heartily concur! :p And here's to being able to have your sweet stuff again soon (non-alcoholic beer in your smiley! ;) )

I'm pretty sure most of the posts on there are just bragging rather than helpful for anyone else, but the odd glitch is worth scrolling through all the rubbish!

Roast dinners are my favourite things ever! And I'm actually doing quite well with controlling my numbers so I feel quite happy with it all at the moment - my fingers which are all black and clue don't necessarily agree though :rotfl: Loving the non alcoholic beer too! I am taking some Becks blue to the NYE party tomorrow so I feel like I'm partaking. Not that lack of alcohol has bothered me much really, luckily!

Have my first growth scan and consultant appt on Tuesday so will see what they have to say about my numbers and whether they are happy with them then. OH can't get time off work for the appointment so my Mom is coming with me

I went to the Mothercare sale and managed to get a dress for NYE for £10 and some maternity bras I had my eye on reduced from £30 to £9 :money:

OH and I are going out for a meal tonight. It will be fun to see what I can eat but nice to spend some quality time together. I spent yesterday with my best friend and her 3 year old son and 8 week old daughter - was lovely to have new baby cuddles and her son thinks we should call the baby Rumpelstiltskin which amused me no end!

Hope everyone is having a lovely last weekend of 2017! Roll on 2018 and all the exciting things it will bring

    Happy New Year Kirsty!

Sorry to hear about the GD but glad to hear you’re dealing with it ok. The Becks blue is actually ok isn’t it? I was drinking that at my work Christmas lunch the other week as can no longer handle my drink.

Well done on your bargains & :rotfl: at Rumplestiltskin. :rotfl: I love how kids’ minds work.:D
