I cant blame ebay IF software is worth £200 and is a fiver on ebay its obviously illegal in my opinion if you know its illegal its up to you wether or not you buy it.
Also there are many p2p download programs you can use to get all the free software you want if you were not bothered about the legalitys of these activities.

P.S. Why buy microsofts software at all https://www.openoffice.org completly FREE LEGAL office software compatible with Word,Excel,PowerPoint
