Thanks Kurtis! I don't know if that means I can cancel the whole thing or just TV only.

The person I'm talking to says I need to pay early disconnection fees...

If they are increasing TV then you have 30 days to cancel TV service .You would still be in contract for other services and VM say they require you to pay those services ( early disconnection fees ).
Key question is how long has your contract to run on phone line broadband etc .

I would guess you were sold a package rather than separate TV, they are increasing the price of the package. You should have or will do receive a letter stating the increase and you cancellation rights as they see them.
The T&C seem to allow you to cancel.

The important question is why/how are they increasing you bill? if a reduced term is just coming to an end then that's clearly not covered.

    They will be separate contracts.

Not directly related but for years we had a TV/Phone/BroadBand package, but left the TV box plugged. Every time I asked about cancelling the TV part of the service I was told it changed the bundle and made the phone and broadband more expensive than having the TV box sat unpowered under the TV,
