    I do think people were trying to help you. Your grammar does need corrected for a formal letter, which was only suggested as a help from what I see.

    I think what people were trying to say is that you should have came here for advice first rather than writing to them and getting your facts all wrong.


    As you now should know they are entitled to repair the goods, they know this, by arguing the wrong facts to them they know they can just ignore you.
