Flight delayed compensation advice

Hello all,
I have been in contact with Condor over my 3+ hours delay from Manchester to Palma Majorca. Below show their response and i just wanted to know should i be getting more compensation of €24 (not sure if its the total or per person).
Dear Mr. Jones,
because of an unpredictable circumstance our flight of 21.05.2015 had a delay. We apologize for this inconvenience.
In accordance with the traffic control center travellers will receive a reduction of 5 % of their daily travel costs of each started hour. In your case we will refund you € 24,- in form of a cheque who will be send to you shortly.
We look forward to welcome you on board again.

Read my guide and you'll see you are most likely due a bit more than €24 ... depending upon what caused the delay.0

How did you get the info regarding flight delay of 215 minutes as i couldnt find the exact time?
Also, there was no reason given on why it was delayed.
I sent this cheeky response shown below but i am not sure i was correct.

This offer of €24 is not acceptable.
The flight was delayed over 3 hours and the compensation according to EU regulation 261/2004 for over 3 hours over 1500kilometers is €400 each person in my party. Total of €2000.
Please send a cheque for €2000.
I look forward to a full response to this email within 14 days. If I do not receive a satisfactory response I intend to pursue my complaint further, which could mean taking it to court.

Got £16.24 sent straight to my bank account from Condor. Ive sent an email back but ive had no response. What else can i do?
