Micro sim won't fit

I have an s3 Samsung with micro SIM card, I just bought iPhone 5c and trying to swap the SIM card but it won't fit.
Can I ask O2 for a new smaller SIM card?
You need a nano sim, and yes, the network will supply on request. You should even be able to get one from a network shop (most networks offer this).====0 -
It's possible your micro SIM has a cut-out for the nano size (not much bigger than the metal contacts) - last one I had (couple of years ago) was scored to allow you to press out full size, micro, or nano.
If not, as above - any O2 nano sim, and you can do the switch online http://swapmysim.o2.co.uk/0
