Very pleased, we had to return two items of clothing yesterday that we had lost the receipts for. I was expecting to get half the value in exchange which is what happened last time but we were delighted to get the money back, in cash. They said it was part of "winning customers back". More than happy with Tesco to be honest. Their online shopping site is a joy, their fresh food is alright and their prepacked stuff is generally good quality, they've got an excellent 0% purchase offer on their credit card and Clubcard Boost recently paid for most of a meal out for me and nibs. Not gonna complain.
