This is both a plea for help and a warning to anyone considering buying a refurbished phone. I think the problem is that nobody seems to want to accept they have made a mistake and the regular posters see it on here day in and day out and so often point this out.

Often its not what the poster wanted to hear and as such they often take offense.

Yes the advice can sometimes be blunt, but very often it is absolutely spot on.

A smile costs nothing, but gives a lot.

It enriches those who receive it without making poorer those who give it.

A smile takes only a moment, but the memory of it can last forever.
