New TV - Suggestions please.

Hi folks,
We are looking to get a new TV to replace our 32" model that we've had for about 10 years. We'd like the new one to be at least 32", HD, Smart and under £300.
We currently only use freeview/dvds but we are considering wanting to watch things like Netflix and BBC iPlayer on the TV.
All advice gratefully received.
