Wash knick-knacks/canisters
Wipe and re-oil dining table
Dust any extra furniture in dining area
Wipe tiles and shine taps.

Do not obsess about food.
Ok off I go, good luck everyone and have a lovely day.0 -

Welcome onlypink - sounds like you're doing a great job.
FBO - Mr Hunt is not welcome at my friend's house either. She is working stupid hours, like your DH. Keep strong again this week
Dusty, did your DS2 stop a cricket ball with his finger? Ouch!
I have been up to feed the hens but they didn't have any eggs for me todayOff out now with DH to walk along the canal with U3A group.

Well all I did in my HHC is the washing up - I discovered DH had brought back the dirty dishes from his weekend away - and took a load of recycling out to the bin. I was going to put Reckless on now and do a HHI but DD is watching Surprise Surprise so it will have to wait.NST #10 Steps 7K 2/30 10K 2/12 5 a day 3/30 NSD 0/20

Well that started the day well - my boob squashing appointment a couple of weeks ago has resulted in an all clear. Good-oh.
Happy birthday Frodders.
Front steps and path scrubbed again, yoghurt boxed up, kitchen semi-sorted, yesterday's still-slightly-damp laundry tumbled, dog walk, breakfast scoffed, plans made. OH is away for a few days again so I can whisk stuff out of the house to the CS. They're going to do very, very well out of me this week.
Welcome OnlyPink. This Flying business has been a complete revelation to me, as well. Love Flyladies; this system is the only thing I've ever found that works.Better is good enough.0 -
We're in! Thanks Natty for the lists
Frizzle - Congrats!!
Didn't keep up with last weeks thread as I felt awful towards the end of the week. Feeling much better now after resting and just doing bare minimum. First day of the holidays here, and its a slow start after a 2 hour lie in but after a really restless nights sleep I needed it. DD has washed up, I've done HHE(xercise) and we've had breakfast. DD is now doing HHE while I catch up quickly on some computer bits which are time sensitive.
Yesterday DD and I sorted out all her school work that was shoved into two over flowing boxes. Its now purged of subjects she's no longer studying (except for Art & DT work she wanted to keep), each subject has its own folder, each science is split into separate folders, French/Maths/Sciences all have revision folders with all the revision booklets from year 7-9 in them, and all her "I want to keep it forever" stuff is now in one box, and all the paperwork she wants to keep for reference in another. Neither of the boxes are over flowing now, and she can put her hand on almost anything which is going to be so much nicer than tipping all the paperwork out everywhere when she can't remember how to do somethingNow we just need to figure out a system for her for when she goes back to school so we don't have to do this again next summer :rotfl:
Plan for today is to get my accounts up to date, pay bills, sort a shopping list out and then go for a long walk this afternoon to the park. DD and I are both trying to loose a stone before she goes back to school just by upping our activity levels, me as I'm still 4-5st overweight, and DD has put a full stone on since April! I'm also making changes to our food, but little changes so DD will hopefully not notice them too much
