How to fix a double glazed window handle like this?

I replaced one of these recently. I had never done this before, but looked at some Youtube videos. Do a search on Youtube and you'll see it's very easy. The hardest part is tightening the screws as the window keeps opening, so you need to hold the window with one hand while you use the screwdriver with the other.

As one of the posters above said, you also need to measure the length of the spindle, because the window handles are similar to each other, except that the spindle length varies between windows.

You'll do the job in about 20 minutes if you have the right screwdriver and the right spindle length.
