My fairly new Smart TV won't work any more.
The name Smart comes on and then the five icons, but then nothing
else.
Can you help?

It might help if you could give some clues as to what make and model of TV you have got and if it is connected to terrestrial or satellite aerials and a broadband service, people are not psychic.0

As said you need to post more information. On my Samsung tv I just press the smart button on remote and up pops up smart applications like iplayer etc. You need apps do need a wireless network to work though0

I have a 40" Samsung, which until now worked beautifully. (The batteries on my remote are fine.) I have a modem with broadband but use the TV
set mainly fo programmes such as BBC1, rather than the smart functions.

Smart TV's are great - might be worth going back to where you bought it from if it doesn't work anymore!0
