I email them almost every other day just to make them aware I am not forgetting this and keep getting the same bull - system issues.

I can't get my head around their useless customer service team!

I am entitled to this money and they have confirmed this.

    JUST RELEASE THE FUNDS!!!

    Complaint currently going through Resolver.

I'm in the same position. One of the issues for me is the necessity for us to follow the instructions exactly. The claim has to be made between 30 and 60 days.

This makes their cavalier attitude towards following their 30 day timescale particularly annoying.

I'm with you on that one. I have had some possible progress via @HPsupport on Twitter but they're not in any hurry there either.

I agree, you don't follow ever one of their hundred-odd steps and they'd drop you claim so quick you'd forget you ever did it!

Yet if they suddenly have 'system' issues that's okay is it. It's okay they they now are having 'problems' and we just have to wait!

I wonder what their reaction would have been if I had been late claiming and told them I had issues preventing me from doing so!

Still waiting for mine, third email chasing yesterday and got this stock reply.....

Please accept my sincere apologies for any distress or inconvenience caused. Can I reassure you that the rebate will be paid, however, as per the previous email, at this point we do not have any more information. You will receive your rebate but there is a delay with the processing.

Yup, Twitter got me nowhere, back to we will pay you but no idea when.

HP, if you are reading this, don't expect me to ever buy another HP product ever again, you have been added to my personal blacklist. I suggest readers of this do the same.

    Success!!!

They finally paid me out. It seems the combination of a complaint via Resolver, twice weekly emails and angry tweets to @HPSupport did the trick!

    Don't give up!

I got mine as well. I kept at it until paying me became easier than not doing so!

Their cashback is normally dealt with by Opia rather than HP although there is almost certainly some sort of link looking here and here.
If you look at previous threads they have the same delays, it appears normal, be nice if the company were honest in their dealings.
