Three Mobile RPI increase
Hi,
I am assuming that most people know by now that three mobile will be increasing the price of contracts based on the RPI starting next may.On all contracts starting after the 29th of May 2015 which shouldnt effect me since mines started august 2014 but I noticed on my contract details on the three website saying my contract would in fact be subject to this increase.
So I contacted three on their 333 number hoping to solve this by them telling me the three site was wrong and it wouldn't effect me, fix it so that it wouldn't effect me or cancel the contract if they couldn't fix it. 45 minutes of talking to the call centre and all they say is they don't know if it will effect me and all I can do I wait and see if it happens.
All I'm looking for is some advice on where to go from here, I don't think I should have to wait and see what happens, I would just like it resolved.
Thanks.

talking to "3" about civilised and fair ways about money or service? good luck, just don't hold your hopes for that.
change supplier, at least threaten to, the best "language" they'd understand.0
